We are currently seeking a Product Owner service to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of the product El.AI in collaboration with internal clients and alignment with the product line vision. The product El.AI aims to provide a self-governed platform as a service hosting, executing, and operating scalable AI models within our organisation. Develop, formulate and communicate a vision for the product in line with the product line vision and customer needs.Develop and communicate the product roadmap (product features, prioritisation, release timelines, etc.) based on customer needs and the product line roadmap.Coordinate, facilitate and communicate product releases to ensure the right features are delivered at the right time.Participate in scrums and product-related ceremonies.
your profile At least 5 years of experience managing SaaS or PaaS products, with proficiency in the machine learning lifecycle including model selection, training, validation, and deployment.Ability to analyze customer needs and use data to inform decision-making and evaluate product success.Experience with agile methodologies and working with cross-functional agile teams.Familiarity with prioritization frameworks such as RICE, Kano Model, MosCoW, and Cost of Delay.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Customer-centric approach with the ability to provide positive and constructive feedback.Proficiency in English, with knowledge of German, French or Dutch considered an asset.
