Summary

This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain DoD Personnel (DoD Cyber workforce) to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. Duties
  • Serves as an Information Technology (IT) Specialist and Configuration Manager within the Allied Special Operations Forces Command (SOFCOM), Office of the Chief Information Officer (CIO).
  • As the CIO Configuration Manager, responsible for Configuration Management, IT asset management, Continuity of Operations, and Disaster Recovery.
  • Provides technical and procedural advice to NSHQ leadership on configuration management.
  • Develops, updates, and maintains IT Configuration and Change Management (ICCM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM) policies, processes, and procedures.
