Ton rôle dans cette fonction de Team Leader en nettoyage industriel gravitera autour de 4 axes. La gestion du personnel,la gestion opérationnelle,la liaison hierarchique et la gestion au niveau sécurité,santé et environnement.
Tes tâches principales dans ces axes sont :
- assurer la productivité de ton équipe et sa cohésion
- participer activement à la réalisation du chantier et appliquer l'ensemble des procédures opérationnelles + contrôle qualité
- assurer la communication entre les techniciens sur les différentes dimensions du chantier
- effectuer les enregistrement et tenir à jour le cahier de gestion de chantier
- veiller à l'application des consignes de sécurité et contrôler les aspects liés à la sécurité

Expérience en gestion/supervisionExécuter des contrôles de qualitéEntretien et nettoyagequalifications Tu es le Team Leader que je cherche si :
- tu as une expérience pertinente dans le nettoyage en IAA et nettoyage industriel
- tu possèdes le VCA de base ou cadre et tu t'y connais en sécurité
- tu as le sens des responsabilités et du leadership
