Voor onze klant in Drogenbos zijn wij op zoek naar een Ondersteuning Business Controlling.
Startdatum: ASAPDuurtijd: tot eind 2024 (met mogelijkheid tot verlenging)Fulltime projectWerken vanuit de verschillende kantoren (Brussel, Gent, Antwerpen)belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden Ondersteuning Business Controlling: (Jaar- &) Maandafsluitingen tijdig en correct afwerken (Audit Compliant) Analyseren en corrigeren van de geboekte kosten Accruals, Opvolging SES en openstaande facturatie Analyseren van de finale kosten bij Afsluit Kosten analyses sites (& Entiteit) Kostenrapporteringen Entiteit (& Cluster) oa P&L per Asset Assistentie bij de maandelijkse Budget- en Projectmeetings Voorbereiden van Rapporten en opname/opvolging acties na meetings Budgetoefeningen tijdig en correct afwerken Faciliteren Budgetopmaak en ingave Opmaak/bijwerken rapporten (+ dubbel checks ingave) Ondersteuning bij opmaak (lokale) presentaties In orde stellen/houden van masterdata (FiCo) in SAP Assisteren bij de (maandelijkse) uitgaande facturatie Assisteren bij beheer van de taksen (Aangiftes, (controles) aanslagbiljetten, (af)boekingen, ...) Assisteren bij aanleveren rapporten op maat aan het lokale MT (CRM, Projecten, Contractverlengingen, ...) Assisteren bij ad hoc vragen die vanuit de operationele organisaties aan finance gesteld worden
