Deputy CEO Operations

For one of our clients, a company active in the Interior construction based in the region of Braine l'Alleud, we are looking for a self-employed Deputy CEO Operations ad.interim (freelance) for an assignment of minimum 3 months.

The responsibilities of the Deputy CEO Operations:

• Collaborate with the CEO and senior management team to identify areas for improvement within the operations department.
• Develop and implement strategies to address quality issues and enhance after-sales service.
• Lead the transition process for the ERP change, ensuring a smooth and efficient integration.
• Work closely with department heads to streamline processes and improve overall operational efficiency.
• Analyze cash flow issues and develop solutions to expedite the receivables process.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment conducive to growth and innovation.

The qualifications of the Deputy CEO Operations:

• You have a proven experience in a leadership role within the interior construction sector or a related industry.
• You have a strong understanding of operations management principles and best practices.
• You have experience with ERP systems and proficiency in managing transitions.
• You have a proven track record of driving operational improvements in SME environments, particularly in the areas of quality assurance, after-sales service, and ERP transitions.
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both French and Dutch.
• You demonstrate ability to drive change and implement process improvements in a fast-paced environment.
• You are a strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a focus on achieving objectives.
• You are able to work effectively within a diverse team and build strong working relationships at all levels of the organization.
