We are looking for a Lead, Sales Enablement Commercial, Europe North (UK & Ireland, BENELUX, Scandinavia) to join our European Enablement team located in Kontich (Antwerp area).

About the job

As lead Sales Enablement Commercial, Europe North you'll join the European Sales Enablement team, collaborating closely with sales leaders to boost the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales teams, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the delivery of appropriate content, training, technology, and streamlined processes to empower our sales professionals for greater success in selling.

You will be responsible for:

Execution of European sales enablement programs on hub level including programmatic design, content curation, training delivery & facilitation, and ongoing optimization. Coaching services: Collaborate with sales leaders to assess team members, focusing on their strengths and areas for improvement. Establish and oversee development initiatives, ensuring managers provide consistent coaching. Conduct regular Coach the Coach sessions, including joint sales calls, to enhance managers' coaching abilities. Analytics and reporting: Monitor essential success metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) tailored to sales enablement initiatives to demonstrate the ROI and overall effectiveness. Content and tools: Work with Marketing to ensure sales materials and tools are readily available, current, and customized for various sales situations. Gather ongoing feedback from sales teams to identify any gaps and inform the development of new tools and content. Continuous process improvements: Partner with Sales Managers to uphold standardized and efficient sales procedures. Proactively enhance existing sales processes or tools in coordination with other departments such as marketing and revenue management.

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring

Bachelor's degree in business, Instructional design, HR or a related field. 5+ years of work experience in sales management, sales coaching, sales enablement, learning & development or Training role Fluent in English. Any other language skill among French, Dutch and a Scandinavian language is an advantage. Strong understanding of sales processes and the ability to identify opportunities for improvement. Excellent communication and collaboration skills Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decision-making Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority.
