Our client, a world leader in vehicle and commercial vehicle rental, is looking for an E-Commerce Manager to play a key role in the commercial and digital success of their activities in the BENELUX.

Missions :

Develop, implement, monitor and evaluate E-commerce action plans to support country specific objectives & to drive revenue growth/market expansion in coordination with group teams (revenue, capacity management, finance, marketing, sales).Collaborate regularly with the Group's E-Commerce teams to ensure seamless alignment of business objectives and strategies.Oversee digital content and website management, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and optimization for sales performance.Ensure all content is translated into local languages and adheres to SEO guidelines to maximize visibility and reach.Conduct regular user testing to ensure functionality meet high standards and are user-friendly.Liaise with legal and internal stakeholders to ensure website compliance with legal requirements.Keeping up to date with market trends and ensuring competitive intelligence.Handle and resolve incidents with the central service.

Profile required:

Fluency in English, French and Dutch.Experience in a similar role for activities such as renting goods or booking services.Ability to drive projects forward proactively.Experience with a CMS and mastery of business intelligence tools, Google Analytics and the Office pack.Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.Mastery of SEO best practice.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a knack for building relationships across teams and departments.
