Votre mission consistera en...

Data analyst:

  • Recueillir les demandes fournies par les équipes Supply
  • Définir la meilleure façon de recueillir les données (SAP / BI / SQVI / XLS)
  • Extraire, analyser et valider les informations demandées
  • Standardiser les extractions (SOP, WoW, description de processus)
  • Assurer la formation des personnes concernées

Supply process improvement coordinator:

  • Assister/gerer le(s) projet(s) défini(s)
  • Aider les équipes à créer des "smarter ways"
  • Participer aux activités de digitalisation dans le demain de Supply

SAP support and training:

  • Devenir le point de contact pour les questions relatives au SAP (le domaine PP)
  • Gérer les formations de base du SAP

Votre profil :

  • Le candidat est capable d'organiser ses activités et de travailler de manière structurelle
  • Excellentes capacités de communications orale et écrite
  • Le candidat est capable de travailler tant de manière indépendante qu'en équipe
  • Le candidat est passionné par la Supply Chain
  • Bonne maîtrise de MS Office
  • Maîtrise de SAP, QlikView et SQL est souhaitable
  • Expérience en amélioration des processus est souhaitable

Le(la) volontaire sera chargé(e) de :

  • L'analyse des données
  • Assister/gerer le(s) projet(s) défini(s)
  • L'assistence SAP
  • Formations SAP et style APICS

  • Avoir entre 18 et 28 ans;
  • Détenir la nationalité d'un pays membre de l'Espace Economique Européen;
  • Ne pas avoir travailler ou vécu dans le pays où aura lieu la mission au cours de la dernière année;
  • Etre disponible pour se consacrer à la mission à temps plein;
  • Si vous êtes de nationalité ou de double nationalité française, être en règle vis à vis des obligations de service national de la France (Numéro Identifiant Défense);
  • Avoir un casier judiciaire vierge.
