Notre client a pour mission d'offrir un service client exceptionnel grâce à son programme CX. Nous recherchons un analyste de données talentueux pour jouer un rôle central dans cette initiative en :
Analysant et documentant les processus ETL et les données actuelles. Migrant les ETL EUC SAS existants vers Azure Databricks Notebooks. Définissant les exigences métier pour l'entreposage de données, l'accès des utilisateurs et la génération d'insights à partir des données. Automatisant et agrégeant les rapports sur le parcours client et les points de contact à travers les différentes branches d'assurance d'AG. Fournissant des conseils d'expert sur l'utilisation des outils d'exploitation des données au sein de la nouvelle plateforme Azure Data Platform. Générant des insights et des prototypes de données supplémentaires à partir de sources de données nouvelles et existantes. Cette opportunité passionnante permettra à une personne qualifiée et motivée de : Travailler dans un environnement dynamique et innovant. Faire partie d'une équipe dédiée à l'amélioration de l'expérience client. Contribuer au développement d'un programme CX solide basé sur les données. Utiliser son expertise dans divers outils et technologies de données, notamment : Bases de données relationnelles Programmation SAS Base (et autres outils SAS) SQL et SQL Server Management Studio Microsoft Azure Data Lake et Synapse Databricks Compétences requises : Solides compétences d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes. Excellentes compétences de communication écrite et orale en anglais. Bonne compréhension du néerlandais et du français (la maîtrise de l'une des deux langues est un plus). Minimum 2 ans d'expérience en tant qu'analyste de données. Expérience en entreposage de données et processus ETL. Maîtrise des outils et technologies de données mentionnés. Localisation : Bruxelles CentreDate de début : 1er juin 2024 (avec possibilité de prolongation)
