Als trainer sta je in voor het coördineren van opleidingen en trainingen van zowel nieuwe als bestaande werknemers. Je garandeert de kwaliteit en veiligheid van alle activiteiten in de magazijnen. Je schept duidelijkheid omtrent de verwachtingen en handelingen voor operators en het verzekeren van hun competenties en vaardigheden.
Concreet ziet je takenpakket er als volgt uit:
- Je rapporteert aan de Supervisor.
- Je verzorgt de opleidingen van operatoren, assistent ploegbazen en ploegbazen. Daarnaast ben je ook actief op de werkvloer.
- Updaten en bijhouden van werkinstructies voor alle activiteiten in het magazijn.
- Je verwerkt administratief alle gegeven opleidingen en brengt zo de opleidingsnoden verder in kaart.
- Controleren van de werkzaamheden op de werkvloer om de bekwaamheid van de operatoren te garanderen.
- Als 5S-ambassadeur op de vloer draag je deze ideologie over aan de mensen.
experience
1-3 jaar
qualifications
Als trainer:
- Heb je goede kennis Nederlands (mondeling en schriftelijk). Grondige kennis van Nederlands is noodzakelijk voor het geven van feedback en instructies.
- Beschik je over sterke communicatieve en organisatorische skills.
- Neem je graag verantwoordelijkheid, zowel op vlak van kwaliteit als op vlak van veiligheid.
- Heb je een grondige kennis van werken in een gevarengoedmagazijn.
- Grondige kennis van transport- en logistieke processen is een pluspunt.
- Ben je constructief in het formuleren van problemen en oplossingen.
- Beschik je over een grondige kennis van Microsoft Office.
- Heb je bij voorkeur een eerste stabiele administratieve werkervaring.
