We are looking for 5 Business Young Graduates to join us in September 2024 for a two-year Business young graduate program You get the opportunity to build experience in our Global One Retail Team
WE OFFER YOU as Business Young Graduate (M/F/X)
- A 24-month rotation program during which you will accomplish different missions of 3x8 months in our different Business Departments: Retail Belgium; Global Energy Management & Sales (GEMS) and Retail Europe ( France, Romania, Italy or the Netherlands).
- An opportunity to develop knowledge in:
- Macro-economic concepts within the retail B2C energy market
- Portfolio management,
- Risk in pricing
- Data management
- Extensive on-the-job training and coaching by senior experts and managers in the different departments
- Participation in cutting edge trainings that are organized by ENGIE University. These will not only help you to develop your knowledge on our different businesses, but also will give you a chance to acquire new hard and/or soft skills
- An opportunity to work in diverse teams and develop a strong professional network
- Continuous support and follow-up from our HR team: you will be assigned a mentor that will accompany you across the entire journey of the Young Graduate Program. At the end of the program you will become part of the Retail Risk Management Team in Belgium or possibly (if this is in your and our interest) within Romania, Italy or The Netherlands.

YOUR PROFILE as Business Young Graduate (M/F/X)
- Master degree in Economy, Business, or Industrial/Civic Engineering studies with developed business acumen by having taken on a traineeship, business courses, etc. We also welcome you if you have a Master degree and up to 2 years' professional experience
- Affinity with the energy sector and the energy transition landscape and motivated about developing your career in this business
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to grasp the essence in complex data sets and communicate in a clear way about it.
- Team worker with good interpersonal skills, flexible and able to work with different profiles across different business departments and throughout ENGIE
- You love to share ideas and knowledge with peers and you can take initiative and full ownership of the projects you manage
- You are fluent in English and French. If your French is not fluent you are willing to improve this during your first mission.

Operating through commercial subsidiaries and local partnerships, Retail has adapted its working methodology to a comprehensive agile model, organizing autonomous squads into tribes.
The primary goals are to design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality systems within an integrated landscape, ensuring the effective technical operation of these systems in accordance with customer agreements. Additionally, Retail aims to deliver frameworks that enhance the autonomy of other squads, both customer and business-oriented.
