Als lokale Financial Controller bent u verantwoordelijk voor de volledige financiële cycli voor de Belgische entiteit:
- Verantwoordelijk voor maandelijkse en jaarlijkse afsluitingen
- Intercompany reconciliaties
- P&L analyse en presentatie to local Executive Board en international Finance Management
- KPI's analyse
- Budget and forecasting, and variance analysis
- Financial Business partner voor de Belgian entity :advies, uitdaging en ondersteuning van het lokale team en management
- Aanspreekpunt voor banken, sociaal secretariaat en externe auditors
Profiel van kandidaat
- Een eerste ervaring in een lokale Senior Accountant / Financial Controller functie
- Bachelor of Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration
- Vloeiend in het Nederlands met een uitstekend Engels niveau
- Een eerste ervaring met USGAAP en SOX is een sterke troef
- Een eerste ervaring met SAP is een pluspunt (maar niet verplicht)
- Een eerste ervaring of sterke interesse in de retailsector is een belangrijke troef
- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en interesse om op te treden als een echte business partner voor een dynamisch team
