Mission

As a planning coordinator you will be in charge of managing the complete product/ingredients sample delivery process.

Key accountabilities

• You will assess sample requests to ensure they're complete. This means knowing: Who's the recipient? What's the product? When does it need to ship, and are there any special conditions?
• You will make the planning for all sample requests coming in, considering lead times and delivery urgency.
• You will be in constant communication to internal and external stakeholders and need to find solutions and take actions as needed in case of emergency. Being able to know how to prioritise is very important in this role.
• You will need to make sure the deadlines and requests are respected.
• You will manage and follow up the stock levels of the products in the sample department. This means you will be able to interpret and predict the product availability and requested delivery time.
• You will take care of the administrative work: create stock transfers orders, purchase orders and administration related to the sample requests in compliance with the customer's request.

Who are we looking for ?

• You have a Bachelors degree or relevant experience.
• You have very good communication skills and team player skills, with a costumer satisfaction focus.
• You are solution oriented and organised.
• You are fluent in English; French and/or Dutch are a big plus.
