En tant que Senior Relationship Manager, vous participerez activement au développement d'une société plus durable. Vos responsabilités incluent l'approche proactive des prospects en Belgique, la négociation des offres de crédit et la représentation externe de la banque. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la réalisation des objectifs climatiques de la banque et la mise en œuvre de la stratégie du département.

Missions
- Approcher de manière proactive et rechercher des prospects en Belgique alignés sur les valeurs de la banque.
- Identifier les opportunités de crédit et les possibilités d'attirer des soldes d'épargne et d'investissement.
- Négocier les conditions de crédit avec les prospects et/ou les partenaires bancaires.
- Effectuer des analyses approfondies, préparer et défendre des dossiers de crédit pour le comité de crédit.
- Coordonner l'exécution du financement de la due diligence à la clôture financière.
- Suivre les clients tout au long de la période de crédit.
- Se tenir informé des développements du marché, représenter la banque à l'externe de manière ad-hoc.
- Identifier des segments de marché intéressants et des opportunités commerciales par le biais du réseautage et de la prospection.
- Représenter la banque et ses valeurs lors de conférences et d'événements externes.
Profil du candidat
- Diplôme universitaire ou expérience équivalente, minimum 5 ans dans le financement des PME.
- Structuré(e), autonome, précis(e) et efficace avec de solides compétences analytiques.
- Parle le français ou néerlandais, a bonne connaissance de l'autre langue nationale et maîtrise l'anglais.
- Fort esprit d'équipe et compétences en coaching.
- Inspiré(e) par la prospection et résilient(e) face au rejet.
Conditions et Avantages
