E-commerce is booming at this market leader in retail
For a well known market leader in retail we are currently looking for a Merchandising Manager. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, creating insights into the connection between assortment choices customer satisfaction & overall profitability. You collaborate with the E-Commerce Product team & the E-Commerce operational teams to develop & execute the E-Commerce assortment/Product strategy.
key responsibilities
Tasks : - Create and define a customer-centric category of management approach for E-Commerce.
Drive sales growth through active contribution to the commercial plan, category-level initiatives and collaboration with internal & external shareholders.
- Ensure operational excellence through the definition of a common road map, clear processes & cross departmental collaboration, always putting the customer at the heart of every decision.
qualifications
Master's in applied economics, business engineering, etc...
- Minimum 3 years in a similar role
- Experience in category management, assortment management, Food retail are nice to have
- Trilingual : Dutch, English, French
