As an essential part of the BCG network, BCG Platinion delivers consulting services focused on developing and implementing vital IT architecture and digital solutions. Established in 2000, the entity has displayed continuous growth and success, with plans for ongoing expansion. Currently seeking a Finance Analyst to join the regional Finance team supporting BCG Platinion EMESA. The team offers leadership with analysis and reporting to make strategic decisions and controls the P&L, providing valuable exposure and networking opportunities.
Key responsibilities:
- Support Managing Directors with project financials
- Provide reports and analysis to Leadership
- Enhance Finance Dashboards
- Ensure proper P&L control
- Participate in planning exercises
- Contribute to the Global Finance transformation
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Proactive and self-organized with a positive attitude
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills
- University degree in Finance, Economics, or Business
- Language: English, other European languages a plus
- 3+ years of relevant work experience
- Experience with Business Objects, Alteryx, and Tableau beneficial
- Experience in an international professional services environment advantageous
