About the role

As a dynamic and charismatic Sales Associate, you will take a proactive approach to attract high-end clients to our store, creating a customer experience of the highest quality. Your passion for sales and building brand reputation, coupled with the ability to network and maintain relationships with clients, will contribute to our continuous growth. Your hunger for improvement and sales excellence will not only help expand our business but also elevate our brand, bringing the best sleep in the world to more people.

Responsibilities

  • Providing exceptional customer service to every client, ensuring they receive personalized attention and assistance throughout their shopping experience.
  • Actively engaging with clients through outreach initiatives and creative events to drive sales and expand the customer base.
  • Serving as a brand ambassador for Hästens, promoting our products and services with enthusiasm and professionalism.
  • Leading by example and coaching colleagues to deliver outstanding customer service and sales performance.
  • Ensuring the Hästens store environment is welcoming, organized, and visually appealing to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Continuously seeking opportunities for self-improvement and staying updated on industry trends and product knowledge to better serve clients.

Skills and requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree from university.

  • Drivers' license

  • Sales Experience

-Demonstrated success in a sales-driven environment, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

-CRM experience.

  • Proactive Attitude

Self-motivated and proactive approach to sales, with the initiative to seek out new opportunities and drive business growth.

  • Customer Service Excellence

Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service. Ability to listen attentively to clients' needs and offer tailored solutions.

  • Communication Skills

Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to articulate product features and benefits, as well as build rapport with clients.
- Verbal and written proficiency in local language and English.

  • Relationship Building

Ability to cultivate trusting relationships with clients and colleagues, fostering loyalty and collaboration.

  • Flexibility

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate the needs of the business and clients.
