To enforce our team we're looking for a business analyst who will:
analyze business processes and workflows to spot opportunities for optimizationcollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvementdevelop and maintain documentation for financial models, reports, and analysesmonitor financial performance and provide recommendations for improvementprovide subject matter expertise within credit risk or claims processesconduct research and analysis to support business decisionsdevelop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the businesscommunicate findings and recommendations to management and stakeholdersyour profile Our ideal candidate for this role is someone who: holds a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related fieldbrings at least 5 years of experience as an analysthas a first experience in the finance or insurance sectorpossesses strong analytical skills and the ability to identify trends and patterns in financial datahas excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch, French and Englishdemonstrates strong organizational and time management skillscan work independently and collaboratively in a team environmentpays attention to detail and focuses on accuracyknows financial modeling and analysis tools like BPNM (a plus)
