CAR-T is een innovatieve behandeling, waarbij gebruik wordt gemaakt van de kracht van het eigen immuunsysteem van de patiënt.
De T-cellen zijn genetisch gemodificeerd om kankercellen te elimineren. Deze baanbrekende technologie biedt hoopvolle vooruitzichten voor patiënten bij wie andere therapieën hebben gefaald of geen adequate resultaten hebben opgeleverd.
Janssen Biotech, Inc. is een wereldwijde samenwerkingsovereenkomst aangegaan met Legend Biotech voor de ontwikkeling van productie en commercialisering van ciltacabtagene autoleucel (cilta-cel). Via ons strategisch partnerschap proberen we de belofte van een immunotherapie bij de behandeling van multipel myeloom te bevorderen.
Ter ondersteuning van het CAR-T-programma in EMEA bouwt Janssen twee CAR-T-productiecentra in de Regio Gent (België).
De Projectleider Operations maakt deel uit van de werkstroom Operations en is nauw verbonden met de Kwaliteit en Tech Transfer-werkstromen. Deze functie zal plaatsvinden in onze twee nieuwe productiefaciliteiten (Obelisc & Tech Lane) in de toonaangevende biotechnologiehub van Gent, België.

belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden
Als Projectleider Operations ben je verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van de projecten vanuit operationeel perspectief, daarmee verband houdende start/opschaling van de faciliteit (ramp-up programma, MES programma).In een uitdagende, snel veranderende omgeving speel je een centrale rol in de organisatie om verandering te bewerkstelligen waarmee je een directe impact hebt op het CAR-T programmaDoor samen te werken met verschillende andere functies (kwaliteitsborging, kwaliteitscontrole, gezondheid en veiligheid, informatietechnologie, operations, planning, etc.) ondersteun je de opstart en opschaling van de CAR-T-proces. Je neemt de verantwoordelijkheid voor uw projecten in het productieproces en handelt alle gerelateerde zaken af vereisten, waaronder de volgende verantwoordelijkheden: Fungeren als projectmanager voor operationele projecten gerelateerd aan het ramp-up programma. Heb een 'ground mindset' om ervoor te zorgen dat de acties tot uitvoering worden gebracht.Ondersteuning van het lean ontwerp en de implementatie van informatietechnologiesystemen (SAP, MES, S/4, ...) inclusief toekomstige releases om de prestaties en compliance voortdurend te verbeteren.Operationele expertise bieden in de Technical Operations-besprekingen op basis van een combinatie van intensieve GMP-kennis van ATMP's, kennis van aseptische technieken en uitgebreide processen kennis van cel- en gentherapieproducten.Verdiep je je in CAR-T processen, bouw gedegen expertise op, zorg voor tijdige ontwikkeling en implementatie van een robuust raamwerk voor operationele documentatie, inclusief operationele procedures, werkinstructies, (elektronische) partijregistratie etc., en zorgen voor een adequate opleiding van de organisatie.Zorg je voor een end-to-end overzicht van de stroom van al het benodigde materiaal in uw regio, inclusief procesmateriaal, documenten, afval, monsters.Identificeer je risico's en kansen met betrekking tot processen, contaminatie, kruisbesmetting en verwisseling controle op de werkvloer en het aansturen van vervolginitiatieven voor verbetering in nauwe samenwerking met operators, QA, QC en operationeel management.Zorg voor een mentaliteit van hoge veiligheidsnormen en cGMP-naleving, waardoor de betrouwbaarheid van uw bedrijfsactiviteiten en te allen tijde gereed zijn voor audits of inspecties.jouw aanbod Minimaal 8 jaar relevante werkervaring, bij voorkeur in aseptische productie.Je beschikt over een masterdiploma in een wetenschappelijk of technisch domein (ingenieurswetenschappen, bio-ingenieurswetenschappen, Industriële Techniek, Farmacie, Biochemie ...).Je bent een ervaren projectmanager.Je hebt een sterke kennis van aseptische productie.Je omarmt diversiteit, gelijkheid en inclusiviteit.Je hebt gedetailleerde kennis van het productieproces op de werkvloer.Je hebt een start-up/can-do mentaliteit en je zoekt proactief naar oplossingen.Je stelt prioriteiten en geeft duidelijke instructies aan collega's.Je gedijt in een snel veranderende omgeving en geeft leiding als change agent om flexibiliteit te bevorderen, creativiteit en verantwoordelijkheid, terwijl tegelijkertijd wordt omgegaan met de procedures/richtlijnen die dit vereisenDankzij jouw mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatieve vaardigheden kun je zonder autoriteit invloed uitoefenen.Je werkt zelfstandig en succesvol, waarbij je meerdere taken tegelijk prioriteert en beheert, en het integreren van functieoverschrijdende kwesties.Je kunt resultaten beknopt samenvatten en presenteren.Ervaring met teamgebaseerde samenwerkingen is een must.Ervaring met inbedrijfstelling/kwalificatie/validatie van apparatuur/systemen, IT-systemen, celtherapie (CAR-T) is een aanwinst.
