Jouw Functie

Als Senior Brand Manager van Levis bent u verantwoordelijk voor het stimuleren van de groei en marktpositie van het merk. U zult de ontwikkeling en uitvoering van strategische marketinginitiatieven leiden om zo de merkbekendheid te vergroten, de klantbetrokkenheid te stimuleren en het marktaandeel te vergroten. In nauwe samenwerking met een junior brand manager zult u het gehele product lifecycle beheren, van concept tot lancering, afgestemd op de merkdoelstellingen en klantbehoeften. Uw rol omvat marktanalyse, consumentenonderzoek, campagneplanning en performance tracking om merkprestaties te optimaliseren en bedrijfsdoelstellingen te behalen.

  • Samenwerken met de junior brand manager om uitgebreide merkstrategieën te ontwikkelen en implementeren die aansluiten bij de bedrijfsdoelstellingen en de brand equity vergroten.
  • Leiden van de planning en uitvoeren van geïntegreerde marketingcampagnes via verschillende kanalen, waarbij de expertise van het team wordt ingezet.
  • Uitvoeren van marktonderzoek en analyseren van consumenteninzichten samen met de junior brand manager om markttrends, klantvoorkeuren en het competitieve landschap te identificeren.
  • Nauw samenwerken met productontwikkelingsteams en de junior brand manager om nieuwe producten te conceptualiseren en lanceren die aan de markteisen voldoen en aansluiten bij merkpositionering.
  • Beheren van reclame, PR en promotionele activiteiten in samenwerking met de junior brand manager om merkberichten effectief te communiceren en klantverwerving en -retentie te stimuleren.
  • Monitoren en evalueren van campagneprestaties samen met de junior brand manager, analyseren van KPI's en bieden van bruikbare inzichten om marketingstrategieën te optimaliseren en de ROI te verbeteren.
  • Opbouwen van sterke relaties met interne belanghebbenden (zowel lokaal als in EMEA regio), externe partners en bureaus samen met de junior brand manager om samenwerking te bevorderen en marketingdoelstellingen te behalen.
  • Ondersteunen van de professionele ontwikkeling van de junior brand manager door begeleiding, mentorschap en groeimogelijkheden binnen de organisatie te bieden.
Jouw Profiel
  • Je hebt een Masterdiploma in Marketing, Bedrijfskunde of een gerelateerd vakgebied.
  • Daarnaast beschik je over 6 tot 8 jaar werkervaring waarvan minstens 3 tot 4 jaar in brand management of marketingfuncties, bij voorkeur in retail of FMCG.
  • Je hebt reeds voldoende ervaring met het ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van succesvolle marketingcampagnes die merkbekendheid en omzetgroei stimuleren.
  • Sterke analytische vaardigheden met het vermogen om gegevens te interpreteren, trends te identificeren en data-gedreven beslissingen te nemen.
  • Uitstekende communicatie- en interpersoonlijke vaardigheden, met het vermogen om effectief samen te werken met verschillende teams.
  • Strategisch denker met een creatieve mindset en passie voor innovatie en continue verbetering.
  • Resultaatgericht met een focus op het behalen van meetbare resultaten en het leveren van bedrijfsimpact.
  • Je bent vlot in Nederlands en Engels, alsook kan je je goed uitdrukken in het Frans.
