Wij zijn op zoek naar gemotiveerde individuen om ons team te versterken als Site Leader in regio Antwerpen/Limburg/Vlaams-Brabant. Als leidende kracht binnen ons projectteam zul je verantwoordelijk zijn voor de algehele coördinatie, opvolging en kwaliteitscontrole van onze bouwprojecten.

belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden
Opvolgen en controleren van de dagelijkse activiteiten van de aannemer en werfploeg om ervoor te zorgen dat ze voldoen aan de gestelde normen en deadlines.Organiseren van werkzaamheden op de werf volgens het bestek, inclusief het opstellen van planningen en het coördineren van verschillende teams en resources.Zorgen voor strikte naleving van kwaliteitsnormen, veiligheidsvoorschriften en milieureglementen gedurende het hele project.Proactief identificeren en snel oplossen van technische problemen die zich voordoen tijdens de uitvoering van het project.Zorgvuldig beheer van het werfdossier, inclusief documentatie van alle relevante informatie en het bijhouden van vorderingsstaten om de voortgang van het project te bewaken.Motiveren en informeren van het team van werftoezichters door middel van regelmatige communicatie, feedback en het bieden van ondersteuning om een positieve en productieve werkomgeving te creëren.jouw aanbod Bachelor in een technische richting2-5 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functieKennis van arbeidsreglementering, teamplanning, veiligheid en milieuvoorschriftenErvaring met controle- en coördinatieprocedures op wervenBeheer van schadegevallen, materiaal, financiën en werfdossiersBegrip van installatietechnologie en veiligheidsplannenBasisvaardigheden in redactie van werkdocumenten voor spoorgebonden veiligheid
