Vos principales missions:
- Vous assurez le support technique opérationnel journalier du logiciel de paies Apsal
- Vous collaborez étroitement avec les équipes opérationnelles, vous êtes leur référent et disposez d’excellentes capacités de communication afin de dispenser des formations internes
- Vous avez un contact direct avec les prestataires externes pour l’identification et la gestion des incidents
- Vous pilotez les tests de fonctionnalité lors de mises à jour et/ou lors de nouveautés règlementaires
- Vous participez aux sujets d’automatisation/optimisation des processus opérationnels
- Vous comprenez et interprétez les besoins/demandes des clients internes/externes (mission ponctuelle d’outsourcing clients)
- Vous assurez la rédaction et la mise à jour des documents/procédures techniques opérationnelles liées aux outils
Nos attentes :
- Vous avez une expérience minimum de 3 ans dans la paie luxembourgeoise et/ou dans l’utilisation de logiciel de paie/HRM (la connaissance d’Apsal est un réel atout).
- Vous souhaitez vous concentrer sur le service des clients internes et externes
- La communication, l’optimisation et l’innovation sont pour vous des vecteurs de motivation.
- Vous êtes titulaire d’un Bachelor, BUT ou tout autre diplôme universitaire en paie, RH, IT, gestion ou comptabilité.
- Vous avez de bonnes capacités de communication (orale et écrite) en français et anglais (niveau B2 minimum requis)
- Vous aimez travailler de manière autonome ainsi qu’en équipe
