Met een sterke ambitie om te blijven groeien en een diepgewortelde Japanse cultuur bieden zij je een unieke kans om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen binnen een dynamische en technisch uitdagende omgeving.


Als Sales Engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheren en uitbreiden van het klantenbestand in Europa. Je zult zowel als hunter en als farmer opereren, waarbij 80% van je tijd gericht is op het verwerven van nieuwe klanten en 20% op het onderhouden van bestaande relaties. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten variërend van aankopers en R&D tot zaakvoerders. Jouw territorium omvat enkele mooie internationaal gevestigde key accounts.

Reizen vormt een integraal onderdeel van deze rol. Hoewel het reizen binnen Europa momenteel beperkt is tot maximaal één keer per 2-3 maanden voor korte trips, zal je eenmaal per jaar de kans krijgen om naar Japan te reizen. Deze reis naar het fabriek in Japan biedt niet alleen inzicht in productieprocessen, maar is ook de gelegenheid om kennis te maken met interne contactpersonen.

Verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Genereren van nieuwe leads en het uitbreiden van het klantenbestand
  • Onderhouden van sterke relaties met bestaande klanten
  • Zelfstandig maken van afspraken en het voeren van verkoopgesprekken
  • Het behalen van vastgestelde KPI's met betrekking tot bezoeken en omzet
  • Bijdragen aan lange-termijnrelaties en het identificeren van groeimogelijkheden binnen de markt

  • Bachelor of Masterdiploma in een technische richting, bij voorkeur in het vakgebied van elektromechanica/industriële automatisering.
  • Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een technisch commerciële functie
  • Doorzetter, zelfstandig, analytisch en klantgericht
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in zowel Nederlands als Engels
  • Ervaring met MS Office en Salesforce is een pluspunt
  • Je bent bereid om je 3 keer per week te verplaatsen naar het HQ in Sterrebeek
