Decathlon is not just a reseller. We're unique because we have our own in-house brands. We are experts in our fields, and we draw on our knowledge and experience to create, design and manufacture our own products in our own studios and labs. Currently, we have over 20 Decathlon brands, each dedicated to a specific sport or practice. And, our family ownership means we're here for the long term. We reinvest our profits into research and development, helping to lower the cost of participating in sport.

  • Tu participes au processus logistique et assures à nos clients un stock et une disponibilité corrects. Tu es également responsable d'une présentation impeccable de nos produits.
  • Tu oses prendre des décisions et agis spontanément pour fournir le meilleur service à tes clients. En collaboration avec l'équipe, tu détermines des objectifs concrets et tu les poursuis.

Des horaires de travail flexibles ne te posent aucun problème.

  • Tu veux travailler selon un horaire variable et tu es prêt à être disponible le samedi pour tes clients et ton équipe. Cela signifie que tu as un jour de congé fixe pendant le semaine.
  • Un travail dynamique au sein d'une équipe sportive et passionnée avec un objectif commun : rendre le sport accessible au plus grand nombre. Faire du sport ensemble (avec des collègues et des clients) fait partie de notre ADN.
  • Dès le premier jour, tu bénéficies d'un coach personnel et d'un plan d'entraînement individuel . Lors des entretiens mensuels de coaching, tu partages avec ton coach tes apprentissages, tes réalisations et tes projets. Tu as la liberté de te développer. En définissant ton rôle en fonction de tes talents, expériences et intérêts, tu peux prendre le contrôle de ta carrière.
  • Une rémunération compétitive et adaptée à tes responsabilités. Ton salaire est complété par des avantages sociaux tels que des chèques-repas, un horaire flexible, une assurance hospitalisation et une participation aux bénéfices. En tant que salarié, tu bénéficies également d'une réduction de 30% sur l'ensemble de l'offre Décathlon.
  • Un contrat à durée déterminée de minimum 18h par semaine avec possibilité de monter jusqu'à 35 heures par semaine en période de grosse activité.
