Quelles seront tes responsabilités ?

En tant que Project Coordinator dans le domaine du Landscaping, tu es en charge de :

  • Assurer la rentabilité et la qualité d'exécution des chantiers
  • Etre le point de contact et coordonner/réaliser le planning des actions des différents intervenants sur chantier
  • Réaliser le suivi de l'avancement des chantiers et établir les rapports de réunions de chantiers
  • Assurer la satisfaction du client
  • Etablir et suivre les offres de travaux supplémentaires
  • Garantir le planning des équipes
  • Gérer les imprévus (maladies, accidents, absences, ...)
  • Suivre et planifier les formations nécessaires pour les équipes
  • Construire et garder un équipe stable, loyale et motivée

  • Tu es communicatif, très orienté clients et la notion de service est importante pour toi
  • Tu es un meneur d'hommes et sais comment motiver et développer ton équipe
  • Tu es flexible et tu possèdes une bonne gestion du stress
  • Tu aimes travailler de façon autonome, tu es organisé et tu sais poser les bonnes priorités
  • Tu maîtrises les outils Microsoft Office
  • Tu as une expérience relevante dans une fonction de gestion d'équipe
  • Tu parles et écris couramment le français
  • La connaissance du néerlandais est un atout
