En tant que Project Engineer Fire Safety (M/F/X), vous travaillez au sein de la business unit Building. Building aide ses clients du secteur immobilier à exploiter leur patrimoine efficacement et durablement. Les experts de Vinçotte proposent des solutions dans les domaines de la qualité, sécurité et durabilité tout au long du cycle de vie d'un bâtiment : depuis sa Conception/contrôle – Construction – Exploitation jusqu'à et y compris sa démolition, de telle sorte que les bâtiments puissent être mis en service en temps utile, et ensuite être exploités de façon efficace (en particulier rentable) et durable.

Vous intégrerez une équipe de conseillers en prévention et de responsables de la sécurité aux savoir-faire divers, qui s'investit chaque jour pour une société plus sûre et plus efficace.


En tant que Project Engineer Fire Safety (M/F/X), vous effectuerez diverses missions de contrôle et de consultance dans le domaine de la prévention incendie, au regard de la législation et des normes en vigueur comme le RGPT, le Code, les Normes belges et européennes... Ces missions portent e.a. sur les domaines suivants: audits, analyses des risques, compartimentage, exercices d'évacuation, contrôles d'installations de sprinklage, évacuation des fumées et de la chaleur, contrôles des installations de détection incendie.

Vous renforcerez également occasionnellement notre équipe de conseillers en prévention internes, chez l'un de nos principaux clients situé à Bruxelles, en cas de leur absences.

Vous intervenez essentiellement sur les différents sites de nos clients situés dans la région de Bruxelles et de la Wallonie.

  • Vous organisez vous-même vos visites chez les clients et rédigez ensuite un rapport fondé sur vos observations.
  • Vous pouvez toujours vous fier à vos collègues : il s'agit d'experts motivés qui se feront un plaisir de vous aider. Vous les rencontrez régulièrement pour partager vos expériences.
  • Par ailleurs, Vinçotte vous appuie également dans vos efforts pour approfondir et élargir vos connaissances. Nous nous y attaquons dès le premier jour : vous effectuez d'abord une formation et un stage obligatoires avant de vous mettre au travail de façon autonome.

  • Diplôme : Maîtrise d'Ingénieur ou équivalent , complété d'un diplôme de Conseiller en prévention Niveau 1. Une formation en sécurité incendie constitue un sérieux atout.
  • Expérience : Au moins 5 ans d'expérience comme conseiller en prévention niv. 1.
  • Vous êtes en possession du permis de conduire B.
  • Compétences :
    • Vous privilégiez la qualité et avez l'œil pour les détails.
    • Vous êtes sociable et avez l'esprit commercial.
    • Vous travaillez de façon autonome et ne vous laissez pas marcher sur les pieds sur les chantiers.
    • Vous avez envie de constamment vous perfectionner et de contribuer à la réussite de Vinçotte.
