Transport Operation Analyst

• Oversee invoice control and rate follow-up for all connected carriers and suppliers.
• Compile transport-related data to reflect agreed KPIs in scorecards and regional reports.

• Perform analysis of current and past financial data, including variance analysis, expense monitoring, and KPI follow-up.
• Provide insights and suggest actions based on the data analyzed.
• Identify opportunities to increase cost efficiency within the transportation network.
• Develop the report structure and visual framework for presenting results in recurring meetings or communications.
• Calculate and oversee all financial aspects of the tender process.
• Manage CO2 reporting for all contracted partners in day-to-day operations and tender processes.
• Ensure quality and compliance with requirements in all cost and sustainability appendices of the RFP package.

• Has a strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
• Capable of working collaboratively across functions with solid communication skills.
• Fluent in English & French
