Onze klant is een Internationaal Belgisch groeiend familie bedrijf die actief is in de productie van voeding. Ze hanteren een glocale duurzame aanpak, waarbij ze streven naar efficiëntie en een specifieke aanpak naar gelang het land van productie. Deze West-Vlaamse HQ heeft in 10 verschillende landen meer dan 20 productiesites met van daaruit een wereldwijd export. Ze kenmerken zichzelf als een open bedrijfscultuur met korte communicatielijnen. Met een sterke focus op kwaliteit, innovatie en klanttevredenheid streven ze ernaar om hun positie als marktleider te behouden en uit te breiden.
Als Master Planner speel je een cruciale rol in het planningsproces van de productieactiviteiten. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen van een efficiënte en effectieve productieplanning, waarbij je rekening houdt met factoren zoals forecast, voorraadniveaus en capaciteitsbeheer. Je zorgt ervoor dat de productieprocessen soepel verlopen en dat ze voldoen aan de behoeften van hun klanten, terwijl je tegelijkertijd streeft naar optimalisatie van de operationele efficiëntie.
Verantwoordelijkheden:
- Ontwikkelen en onderhouden van een gedetailleerde productieplanning op basis van vraagvoorspellingen, voorraadniveaus en capaciteitsbeperkingen.
- Coördineren met verschillende afdelingen, waaronder productie, inkoop en logistiek, om ervoor te zorgen dat de planning naadloos aansluit op de bedrijfsdoelstellingen.
- Analyseren van productiegegevens en prestatie-indicatoren om trends te identificeren en verbeteringsmogelijkheden te vinden.
- Identificeren van knelpunten in de productieplanning en het proactief voorstellen van oplossingen om deze aan te pakken.
- Optimaliseren van voorraadniveaus en het beheren van materiaalstromen om kosten te minimaliseren en de operationele efficiëntie te maximaliseren.
- Actief bijdragen aan continue verbeteringsinitiatieven en procesoptimalisatie binnen de productieafdeling.
- Minimaal een bacheloropleiding in supply chain management, logistiek, bedrijfskunde of een gerelateerd vakgebied.
- Aantoonbare ervaring als planner in een productieomgeving, bij voorkeur in de voedingsindustrie.
- Uitstekende analytische vaardigheden en het vermogen om complexe gegevens te interpreteren.
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om effectief samen te werken met verschillende belanghebbenden.
- Proactieve houding en het vermogen om snel te reageren op veranderende omstandigheden.
- Ervaring met ERP-systemen en planningssoftware is een pluspunt.
