Gilson Juwelier Knokke is op zoek naar een full-time winkelverantwoordelijke/store manager. Als winkelverantwoordelijke ben je verantwoordelijk voor de winkel en zorg je voor de dagelijkse organisatie. Je ondersteunt en motiveert het team om een excellente service te bieden. Daarnaast zorg je voor een klantvriendelijke winkel waarbij je tegemoet komt aan de wensen van de klanten. Je staat in voor de dienst na verkoop (verwerken van herstellingen, onderhoud en algemene administratie,...), je zorgt voor de visual merchandising (perfecte presentatie van etalages en mooie uitstraling van de winkel in z'n geheel) en je hebt oog voor orde en netheid in de winkel. Je verzorgt je de sociale media van de winkel, waarbij je ondersteund wordt door een sterk team op vlak van marketing en logistiek. Je rapporteert regelmatig de stand van zaken aan de zaakvoeder en volgt diens instructies op. Je neemt initiatieven conform de bedrijfsfilosofie.
- Je combineert een passie voor juwelen en horloges met sales.
- Je hebt ervaring in de juweliers-, horloge- of retailsector en je bent klaar voor extra verantwoordelijkheid.
- Weekendwerk vormt geen probleem.
- Je bent administratief sterk en brengt enthousiast jouw taken tot een goed einde.
- Je bent ondernemend, verantwoordelijk, commercieel ingesteld, flexibel, gemotiveerd.
- Je bent communicatief sterk.
- Je hebt een goed voorkomen, bent netjes en verzorgd.
- Klantvriendelijkheid, discretie en betrouwbaarheid staan voor jou centraal.
- Je wilt je engageren op lange termijn.
- Je spreekt naast Nederlands ook Frans en Engels.
- Je bent woonachtig in de regio van Knokke of in de dichte omgeving.
