Our BeLux Engineering and Construction Services team is involved in a wide range of projects varying from Industrial and Logistics to Commercial, Renewables and Energy.
For our office in Leuven we are currently looking for a Junior Project Manager to support our operations and business
development activities as well as deliver projects - including Electrical Vehicle Charging Infrastructure - within deadlines with a set of clear performance indicators.
Key duties include but are not limited to;
- Being a Member of the Project Delivery Team
- Responsible for the operational delivery of projects within agreed budgets and to approved time and cost.
- Showing a strong track record in operational delivery of HSSE processes and communication because HSSE is the most important of the KPI’s
- Having strong interaction with the Client Team to maintain seamless communications and client confidence on all project delivery progress
- Showing management and leadership skills to motivate contractors and colleagues and provide excellence in execution to cope with the fast moving and extremely demanding programme.
- Technical Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or Building Technology.
- As a person you have a positive attitude and the ability to learn new technologies and concepts. You show leadership abilities while working on a variety of tasks alone or as part of a team.
- Possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills and an eagerness to learn.
- Fluency in English
- Fluency in French or Dutch
- Driver's license
Preferred Qualifications
- Flexible towards occasional travel to clients and sites within Belgium
