Bonanza group is een HR dienstengroep die actief is binnen diverse domeinen: ICT, Sales & Marketing, Medtech, Healthcare, Legal, HR & Admin.. We zijn de trotse werkgever van meer dan 500 medewerkers, actief in verschillende knelpuntberoepen. Elk bedrijf heeft zijn eigen identiteit en werkt binnen zijn eigen sector als specialist die de taal van de doelgroep spreekt.
We bieden HR diensten aan zoals werving & selectie, consultancy, interim management, payroll services en projectstaffing. Typerend voor Bonanza group is onze visie op ondernemerschap, wat de voorbije jaren heeft geresulteerd in een sterk groeiverhaal.
In het kader van deze groeiambities, zijn we op zoek naar een Consultant Business Analyst voor FinSource.
- Je vormt de brug tussen enerzijds de business zijde van je klant en IT anderzijds.
- Je vertaalt de behoeften van de organisatie of stakeholders in een business analyse.
- Tegelijkertijd verdiep je je ook in de activiteiten van je klant en doe je domeinkennis op. Op die manier kan je hun business vraagstukken nog beter ontleden.
- Je modelleert zowel de AS IS als de TO BE processen met verschillende modelleertools en maakt eventueel ook de GAP-analyse op.
- Je bent een sleutelfiguur binnen belangrijke agile transformatieprojecten binnen grote organisaties.
Je werkt bij één klant tegelijkertijd. Onze projecten gaan van 6 maanden tot soms 3 jaar. Je doet dus enorm veel ervaring op terwijl je in een stabiele omgeving zit en je echt deel uitmaakt van het team. Onze klanten bevinden zich in regio Antwerpen, Gent, Brussel, Leuven en zijn dikwijls ook goed bereikbaar met openbaar vervoer. Je werkt in een hybride omgeving waarbij thuiswerkdagen direct met de klant worden afgesproken.
- Je hebt een eerste relevante ervaring als Business Analist.
- Je hebt ervaring met agile werken.
- Je ziet oplossingen en geen problemen.
- Je bent vertrouwd met modelleringstechnieken (BPMN, UML) en weet hoe je testscenario's opstelt en uitwerkt.
- Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands met een zeer sterke kennis van Engels daarbij.
- Je komt terecht in een no-nonsense omgeving waar we écht aandacht geven aan jouw persoonlijke ontwikkeling en ambitie. Je hebt daartoe regelmatig overleg met de managing partner van FinSource.
- Ons team bestaat momenteel uit een 15tal personen wat zich vertaalt in een persoonlijke aanpak enerzijds en ook ruimte tot doorgroei anderzijds. Dat kan volgens senioriteit in jouw huidige functie of naar een rol als Project Lead, Scrum Master, Product Owner, om er maar een paar op te noemen.
