Notre client est la société anonyme de droit public INFRABEL,  gestionnaire de l'infrastructure ferroviaire belge. Pour renforcer ses équipes, nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) Team Lead Civil Engineering Maintenance and Project pour la division Civil Engineering de Liège.


Description de fonction


Vos missions et responsabilités générales seront notamment les suivantes :


•Vous êtes responsable de la gestion d’une partie des ouvrages d’art (ponts, tunnels, couloirs sous voies, murs de soutènement,…) et, en ce compris, de projets de renouvellement et de maintenance d’ouvrages

•Vous hiérarchisez, planifiez et contrôlez les activités qui résultent des processus d'entretien (les inspections, les interventions et l'entretien à proprement parler)

•Vous dirigez une équipe de 4-5 collaborateurs techniques (surveillants de chantiers)

•Vous conduisez les études techniques et rédigez les cahiers des charges et dossiers destinés à votre management

•Vous participez à la définition des budgets nécessaires et gérez et contrôlez les budgets alloués

•En qualité de fonctionnaire dirigeant, vous suivez les marchés exécutés par des entreprises extérieures  et veillez à la bonne application de la loi sur les marchés publics

•Vous êtes responsable de la qualité de l'inventaire technique des ouvrages d’art dont vous êtes responsable ; vous participez à l'implémentation progressive d'un "Asset Management System" et vous accompagnez le changement au sein de votre unité

•Vous analysez les incidents en vue d'améliorer la sécurité et la ponctualité du trafic ferroviaire.

•Vous avez un travail de bureau, s’accompagnant de missions sur le terrain. 

•Vous contribuez activement à la politique de sécurité, de qualité et d’environnement d'Infrabel



Que cherchons-nous ?

•Vous êtes en possession d'un diplôme de Master d’Ingénieur civil option génie civil ou de Master d’ingénieur civil-architecte.

•Vous maitrisez parfaitement le français à l’oral et à l’écrit

•Vous avez une connaissance de base des applications Office courantes (Word, Excel,..) et présentez des affinités pour les autres outils informatiques et bases de données

•Vous êtes disposé à travailler (très) occasionnellement le week-end et/ou de nuit (prestations récupérées)

•Vous possédez le permis B

•Vous avez l’esprit d’équipe et démontrez de bonnes aptitudes à la gestion d’équipe

•Vous êtes analytique et faites preuve d’une excellente organisation dans le travail ; vous êtes proactif et force de propositions

•Vous êtes bon communicateur et ouvert à la négociation
