Store Supervisor

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you support the different departments with organizing and maintaining an efficient technical warehouse of the spare parts and materials linked to the daily operations. You continuously look for improvements of the stock accuracy to ensure deliveries of goods into the warehouse, ensure products are accounted for and are stored safely and securely.
You track and coordinate the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials. You order supplies and maintaining suitable inventory levels.

Your main tasks:
- Organizing receival, warehousing, and daily operations.
- Organizing and maintaining inventory, storage area, fleets and safety equipmen
- Receive and record new inventory as it is delivered; inspect and store it according to SOP.
- Conduct physical inventory, compare results to computerized inventory, and reconcile any differences.
- Ensure that all stock is stored in correct locations in the warehouse.
- Schedule materials being transferred to and from warehouse, coordinate transfer of inventory between departments.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to develop plans and procedures to increase the efficiency of warehouse practices.
- Constantly work to improve processes
- Check orders, invoices, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy
- Order new supplies and equipment.
- Use common warehouse management systems.
- Track in-bound and out-bound inventory and ensure shipments and inventory transactions accuracy.
- Communicate and coordinate with other departments and suppliers
- Follow the standard operating procedures (SOP)
- Escalate issues to managers and recommends potential solutions.
- Follow up of all legal and safety checks.

- You have an extensive technical knowledge (pumps, electro motors, ...)
- You can or want to learn drive a forklift
- You are flexible, hands on and think proactively inside a technical department
- You have experience in (technical) warehouse
- Electrical background is plus
- You have experience with WHM systems sych as, EAM (Maximo) and/or ERP (JDE)
- You speak fluent Dutch, with good knowledge of English
