Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in revolutionizing the energy landscape? At Accelera by Cummins, we're seeking a passionate Installation & Commissioning Engineer to join our dynamic team. As the bridge between our field service organization and our Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing teams, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring the seamless implementation of our cutting-edge hydrogen electrolyzer equipment at customer sites worldwide.

 

Your Mission:

·       Strategically plan and execute the commissioning of hydrogen electrolyzer equipment, ensuring adherence to schedule and budget constraints.

·       Conduct thorough site acceptance tests (SAT) to facilitate smooth handover and acceptance by our valued customers. Oversee installation and construction activities on customer sites, effectively managing subcontractors to guarantee quality outcomes.

·       Perform in-house testing of our manufactured equipment in our state-of-the-art local test facility.

·       Resolve installation issues swiftly and efficiently by collaborating with management, engineering, quality control, and contractors. Lead investigations into product or system problems, recommending effective solutions and meticulously documenting results.

·       Provide guidance and mentorship on large-scale development projects, leveraging your expertise to drive success.

·       Champion the efficient flow of information and maintain meticulous record-keeping of commissioned equipment.



Functieeisen

Your Profile:

·       Engineering background within industries like O&G, chemical, petrochemical, or similar processing sectors is preferred.

·       Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil/Industrial/Electrical/Electromechanical) or related technical disciplines is required; Master's degree is a plus. Proven experience as a Senior or Lead Engineer, showcasing your problem-solving prowess and quality decision-making skills.

·       Hands-on experience in the installation and commissioning of industrial equipment, coupled with the ability to interpret schematic diagrams and technical specifications.

·       Tenacious personality with the ability to manage multiple customer needs simultaneously. Strong relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders.

·       Fluency in English is essential, with proficiency in additional languages being advantageous.

·       Willingness to travel regularly for business purposes (up to 50% of working time).
