Our client is a dynamic service company in Flemish Brabant. Today they are looking for a GL accountant to temporarily support them in maintaining the accounts of a number of entities within the group.

You are part of the accounting team and report to the accounting & reporting manager. Your main tasks are:

• You are responsible for A-Z accounting and you work closely with the AP accountant and the other GL accountant;
• You are responsible for the monthly and annual closings;
• You actively participate in the optimization of various GL processes and clean up of the GL accounts.

• You have experience in GL accounting and a good understanding of accounting & tax legislation. Knowledge of social legislation is a plus;
• Taking initiative, being hands-on and having a positive attitude are highly appreciated;
• You work independently and, where necessary, you provide support to other accountants;
• You are able to communicate strongly with various stakeholders;
• Fluent in Dutch/French.

• Duration: minimum 3 months
• Location: Flemish Brabant, telework: 2 days/week
• Start date: ASAP, latest possible start date: in the course of september
• Market-conform daily rate - to be determined depending on experience
