About the company
We are a young software company from Marbach am Neckar(25 minutes north of Stuttgart by S-Bahn). We design and developcustomized individual software for companies in a wide range ofindustries.
We mainly develop webapplications (client-side React, server-side Java / C#),occasionally also desktop apps (mainly C#, WPF) or native apps(React Native).

You will take on aleading role in our development team and design and developcustomized individual software for our customers. You will interactwith our customers and be responsible for developing your ownsoftware projects both in the frontend and backend. Depending onthe project, you will take on the technical leadership for 1 to 2junior developers
You will be closely involved in ourprojects from A to Z - from eliciting requirements to architectureand development to deployment. What do we offer you?

- You will be responsible for assessingcustomer requirements and designing software solutions (includingarchitecture): You will be in contact with our customers right fromthe start and design software projects from A to Z
- You will independently develop web applications(client-side React, server-side Java)
- Youmanage quality assurance and testing
- Youtake over the rollout of the solutions to customers
- You support the company's development and can activelyhelp shape our company as one of our first team members
- You have at least 5 years of professionalexperience in software development (frontend or backend)
- You have a very good command of German andEnglish for direct communication with our German-speaking customersand our team
- You have excellent knowledge ofJava (8+), SQL and JPA
- You have experiencein object-oriented and functional programming
- You have expertise in ReactJS / JS (UI / UX) and havealready worked with Docker and Spring Boot
- Ideally, you are familiar with API gateways, Kubernetes, loadbalancing, service registry
- You takeresponsibility for projects, but also want to help shape ourcompany beyond project work
