Voor een internationale mobiliteitsspeler zijn we op zoek naar een tweetalige (Frans / Nederlands) Business Controller die het team in Brussel wil komen versterken. Je komt te werken voor een bedrijf dat zich inzet op het bieden van verschillende vervoersoplossingen zoals: busdiensten, trams & metrosystemen, touringcar services en alternatieve mobiliteitsvormen zoals bv zelfrijdende voertuigen. Als Business Controller ben jij de spil tussen financiële afdeling en de Business zelf.
Ben jij analytisch ingesteld, duik je graag in cijfers, en werk je graag in teamverband? Dan hebben wij de perfecte uitdaging voor jou Als Business Controller heb je een veelzijdig en uitdagend takenpakket:
- Je analyseert de cijfers en resultaten van diverse filialen en kunt variaties verklaren. Je volgt de maandelijkse rapportages op en brengt regelmatig verslag uit aan het directiecomité.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de forecasting en budgettering van jouw geografische zone in een Full P&L scope.
- Je onderhoudt nauw contact met de verschillende filialen in jouw zone en fungeert als voornaamste Businesspartner, waardoor je een goed begrip hebt van het operationele luik. Dit stelt je in staat om opportuniteiten en bedreigingen te detecteren.
- Je biedt ondersteuning aan de financieel directeur van de groep en de operationeel directeur van jouw regio. Daarnaast controleer je de kwaliteit en zorg je voor een goede doorstroming van informatie tussen de Business en boekhouding.
- Je ziet toe op de correcte toepassing van regels binnen de filialen, zoals het investeringsproces en interne procedures.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor specifieke projecten zoals investeringen, IFRS 16, aanbestedingen en de follow-up van diverse projecten.
- Je beschikt over een universitair diploma met een economische of financiële oriëntatie.
- We kijken uit naar kandidaten met 3-5 jaar ervaring in financiële/business controlling
- Je hebt kennis van de behoeften in het werkveld en operationele inzichten.
- Je beschikt over vlotte communicatievaardigheden (zowel schriftelijk als mondeling) in beide landstalen.
- Je deelt graag je passie voor cijfers en weet deze toegankelijk te maken voor je gesprekspartners.
