Currently, we have over 20 Decathlon brands, each dedicated to a specific sport or practice. And, our family ownership means we're here for the long term. We reinvest our profits into research and development, helping to lower the cost of participating in sport.

En tant que passionné de pêche, tu rends TON sport accessible au plus grand nombre :

  • Tu utilises ton expérience sportive au quotidien pour conseiller et inspirer tes clients dans leurs achats.
  • Tu participes au processus logistique et rassure à nos clients un stock et une disponibilité juste. Tu es également responsable d'une présentation impeccable de nos produits.
  • Tu oses prendre des décisions et tu agis spontanément pour fournir le meilleur service à tes clients. En collaboration avec l'équipe, vous déterminez des objectifs concrets et vous les poursuivez.

Tu es un athlète actif

Pratiquant différents types de pêche: mouche - coup - truite - carnassier - carpe , la pêche ne doit plus avoir de secret pour toi

Tu es orienté client.

  • Tu aimes partager ton énergie et ton expérience avec tes clients et collègues.
  • Tu as le souci du détail et tu recherche toujours le meilleur service possible.
  • Le sourire d'un client te donne de l'énergie.

Tu es un joueur d'équipe

  • Tu es à l'écoute de tes collègues et tu communiques de manière fluide et constructive.
  • En collaboration avec ton équipe, vous déterminez vos objectifs communs et vous les poursuivez.

Tu as une mentalité de pratique.

  • Ton attitude positive t' assure d'être toujours à la recherche d'opportunités et de solutions, tant pour le client que pour tes collègues.

Des horaires de travail flexibles ne te posent aucun problème.

  • Tu travail selon un horaire variable et tu es disponible le samedi pour tes clients et ton équipe.

Un travail dynamique au sein d'une équipe sportive et passionnée avec un objectif commun : rendre le sport accessible au plus grand nombre.

  • Tu travailles main dans la main avec le responsable de rayon qui te manage et tu bénéficies d'un plan de formation pour t'accompagner dans la réussite de l'ensemble de tes missions.
  • Une rémunération complétée par des avantages sociaux tels que des chèques-repas, une assurance hospitalisation et tu bénéficies également d'une réduction de 30% sur l'ensemble de l'offre Décathlon.
  • Un contrat de 21H/sem pendant 3 à 6 mois avec possibilité de prolongation
