Als Business Development Manager ben jij de sleutelfiguur in het uitbouwen van een partnernetwerk en het versterken van relaties met klanten.

Core product: financiële producten, waaronder leasing, kredieten en verzekeringen gericht op de tweedehands markt.

Als Business Development Manager ga je een essentiële rol spelen in het uitbreiden van het partnernetwerk van het bedrijf, met een specifieke focus op het aantrekken van klanten die tweedehands auto's verkopen en financiële leaseovereenkomsten aangaan, evenals het aanbieden van verzekeringen. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het genereren van nieuwe leads en het ontwikkelen van strategische relaties met potentiële partners nationaal, ongeacht het automerk.


Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Identificeren en benaderen van potentiële partners die tweedehands auto's verkopen en interesse hebben in financiële leaseovereenkomsten en verzekeringen (80% hunting)
  • Opbouwen en onderhouden van sterke zakelijke relaties met partners om de samenwerking te bevorderen en de groei te stimuleren. (20% farming)
  • Analyseren van markttrends en concurrentie om kansen te identificeren en strategieën te ontwikkelen om het marktaandeel te vergroten.
  • Samenwerken met interne teams, waaronder salescollega's die zich richten op de financiering van nieuwe auto's, om cross-selling mogelijkheden te benutten en synergieën te creëren.
  • Rapporteren aan het management over de voortgang, resultaten en uitdagingen binnen het toegewezen marktsegment

  • Minimaal 5 jaar bewezen ervaring in sales, bij voorkeur in een vergelijkbare rol binnen de automotive-industrie.
  • Nederlandstalig met een goede kennis Frans
  • Sterke onderhandelingsvaardigheden en het vermogen om zakelijke relaties op te bouwen en te onderhouden.
  • Uitstekende communicatie- en presentatievaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Analytisch denkvermogen en het vermogen om marktgegevens te interpreteren en te vertalen naar strategische acties.
  • Zelfstarter met een proactieve houding en het vermogen om zelfstandig te werken en resultaten te behalen.
