Le mécanicien/flex a pour mission d'accompagner nos clients à chaque étape du processus de réparation.

Pour ce faire, il doit analyser et comprendre leurs besoins afin de proposer une solution adaptée pour garantir une satisfaction optimal du client envers notre service.

Jobprofiel


  • Tu es un véritable “Technico-commercial”, car tu possèdes une expérience dans la vente mais aussi dans la mécanique vélo;
  • Tu portes une très grande importance aux besoins du clients, son budget et l'échéance afin de lui proposer une offre sur-mesure;
  • Tu es rigoureux et aime suivre un protocole précis;
  • Relationnel, tu garantis une expérience optimal afin de satisfaire et fidéliser le client;
  • Tu sais prendre du recul pour repérer et gérer efficacement tensions et conflit;
  • Tu possèdes une capacité organisationnel pour concevoir, organiser, faire évoluer et réaliser des tâches;
  • Tu métrises le français et le néerlandais.

Dès le premier jour tu bénéficies d'un plan de développement individualisé. Durant tes entretiens mensuels tu partages tes avancées, tes réalisations et tes aspirations. Tu reçois la liberté pour te développer à travers des formations.
