  • Execute flawless check-ins and check-outs, orchestrating each guest's journey with precision.
  • Anticipate and fulfil guest needs with finesse, providing personalized recommendations and insider tips.
  • Serve as a fountain of knowledge about our hotel amenities, local attractions, and cultural hotspots.
  • Navigate diverse guest inquiries and requests with grace and efficiency.
  • Embrace collaboration with colleagues across departments to ensure a harmonious guest experience.

• Working Hours and Professional Environment: Shifts include working from 7 am to 3 pm as well as from 3 pm to 11 pm. You may be required to work weekends and occasionally at night.
