Are you a science lover with experience with CMC of protein biopharmaceuticals? Check this great opportunity Job description - You lead a molecule in CMC development
- You design and plan experiments, process and interpret data, capture findings in reports and communicate internally and externally
- You interact with other scientists and team members throughout projects
- You offer expert insights, define problem-solving strategies and prioritize tasks
- You ensure project completion within agreed-upon timelines, scope and budget and monitor, track and report milestones
- You organize and chair project meetings overseeing the issuance of tasks, actions and document meeting minutes for clear communication and accountability
- You meticulously write, analyze and review CMC documentation (i.e. process development reports, stability reports, standard operating procedures, and others), and derive relevant insights and conclusions
- You actively engage in and drive technical and strategic CMC discussions with our customers
- You foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration and communication
- You align with management and commercial team on strategic choices
- You report to the Group Leader
- Broad understanding of the different aspects of the biotech and pharma business (technical, scientific, regulatory, commercial)
- Masters the art of Chemistry, Manufacturing and Controls (CMC) of protein biopharmaceuticals
- Strong affinity with analytical testing and characterization of proteins and monoclonal antibodies
- Good knowledge of chromatography, electrophoresis and mass spectrometry
- Capable of interpreting and summarizing tons of data obtained through a multitude of structural and functional measurements
- Insights in analytical method development, transfer and validation
- Critical mindset, customer-oriented problem solver and good sense for initiative and attention to quality and detail
- Flexible team player able to work in a highly dynamic environment
- Great communicator with excellent writing/reporting skills
- Efficient coordinator with the ability to multitask in a largely independent manner
- Comfortable interacting with customers
