Our client is a top pharma company located in Flemish Brabant Job description - Execute order management processes from order placement to invoice.
- Coordinate shipment preparation.
- Manage Market's allocation constraints (shelf life, lot number requirements).
- Proactively identify and resolve order-related issues. Act as the point of contact to internal and/or external customers to keep them informed about the status of pending orders and delivery details.
- Ensure all distribution activities meet market/distributor needs. Successfully manage customer expectations.
- Ensure compliance in day-to-day operations and timely escalation to management when required.
- Bachelor / University degree
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service and order processing and/or supply chain environment.
- High level of self-motivation and flexibility coupled with good interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally in an international environment (multi-cultural / Multi-channel, …)
- Stress resistant and strong ability to deal with and perform under pressure.
- Good analytical skills

- Strong communication skills.
