Our client is a globally recognised leader in the property industry, with over 100,000 employees worldwide. Headquartered in Bruxelles, they specialise in all facets of property, from residential and commercial to retail and leisure. Job description - Review and validate daily cash receipts/cash management process ensuring accuracy and on time completion: booking of the suppliers' and customer invoices, bank statements, miscellaneous operations (deferrals, accruals, amortizations, …)
- To assist with the preparation of month-end and year-end financial reports and other reporting
- To assist with the preparation of periodical VAT-returns
- Assist with the annual audits
- Provide responsive service to clients and other stake stakeholdersholders
- You hold a Bachelor's degree in economics or equivalent experience
- You have a first experience in accounting
- A good knowledge of Excel is a must
- Previous experience with Yardi and/or BOB is a plus
- You are fluent in either French or Dutch with a good level of the other language. Above that you have a good level of verbal and written communication skills in English
- Is available as soon as possible until December
- A contract of 6 months to start as soon as possible
