Product Manager Washroom

- Je beheert de washroom portfolio door nieuwe product concepten te ontwikkelen, contracten te optimaliseren, en werkmethoden te verbeteren. Tegelijkertijd zorg je voor nauwkeurige invoer van relevante informatie in het ERP-systeem en onderhoud je proactieve communicatie met klanten en leveranciers.
- Je identificeert groeikansen door actief deel te nemen aan interne en externe vergaderingen, waarbij je inzichten uit beurzen en marktonderzoek meeneemt. Samen met het salesteam pas je strategieën aan op basis van klantfeedback om het marktaandeel te vergroten.
- Je werkt met leveranciers aan innovatieve productideeën om het portfolio te optimaliseren en verdere groei te stimuleren. Je beoordeelt het potentieel van deze ideeën, stelt prioriteiten, en onderhandelt prijsafspraken in overleg met de inkoopafdeling. Daarnaast zorg je voor naleving van regelgeving en certificering, zoals Ecolabels, en je werkt aan de branding en uitstraling van het product, waarbij je de gewenste look en feel in de praktijk omzet.
- Je analyseert het bestaande gamma met een focus op veiligheid, kwaliteit en prijspositionering. Deze analyses helpen bij het verhogen van de marges en geven inzicht in mogelijke hiaten in het assortiment.
- Je ondersteunt het salesteam door producttraining te geven, de Unique Selling Points te benadrukken, en deel te nemen aan productpresentaties en demonstraties bij klanten. Samen met de marketingafdeling werk je aan het ontwikkelen van tools voor succesvolle productlanceringen.
- Daarnaast neem je actief deel aan beurzen om op de hoogte te blijven van de nieuwste trends in de branche. Ook bied je ondersteuning aan de Tender-afdeling door toekenningen en afwijzingen van aanbestedingen te analyseren, zodat het team effectief kan inspelen op nieuwe kansen.
- Je rapporteert aan de Head Of Product.
- Je hebt een bachelor in een economische of bedrijfsgerichte richting. Daarnaast beschik je over minimaal vijf jaar ervaring in Product Management, R&D, Sales, inkoop, of een vergelijkbare rol, bij voorkeur in een productieomgeving. Ervaring binnen de papierindustrie of met washroom concepten is een plus.
- Je hanteert een klantgerichte aanpak, hebt ervaring met projectmanagement, en beschikt over een scherp technisch inzicht.
- Je analytisch vermogen, creatieve flair en open geest stellen je in staat om problemen snel en effectief op te lossen. Bovendien ben je van nature communicatief, assertief, en kun je goed zelfstandig werken
- Je beheerst vloeiend Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Kennis van de Franse taal is een Pluspunt.
- Hoewel het kantoor in de haven van Antwerpen ligt, is flexibel werken mogelijk en kun je indien nodig ook op andere locaties van het bedrijf werken.
