a leading provider of software solutions for laboratory workflow automation and connectivity. Functieomschrijving Essential Functions and Responsibilities:- Managing day-to-day financial transactions like accounts payable, expense reports, and payments.
- Processing general ledger entries covering various accounting aspects.
- Ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Reconciling general ledger accounts and bank statements promptly.
- Handling accounts receivable aging and collections.
- Assisting with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Meeting deadlines and standards while coordinating across departments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and understanding of GAAP.
- Detail-oriented with adaptability to changes.
- Strong communication and customer service abilities.
- Effective task prioritization and independent execution within deadlines.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in financial closing and reconciliation.
- Compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance, or equivalent experience.
