Job description- Manage complaints and claims
- Communicate with freelancers, customers, and companies via email, phone, and chat
- Send emails to relevant departments, coordinate dispatch
- Weekly training on new offers and in-depth knowledge of regulations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) in French and Dutch, with a good knowledge of English
