An European Association in the heart of Brussels. Description de la fonction We are looking for a facility assistant for an European Association located in the heart of Brussels. Responsibilities:- Manage preventive and reactive maintenance and inspection of electricals installation, HVAC, access and alarm, and Audio Video systems;
- Support facility projects;
- Manage storage and maintain furniture inventory;
- Manage stationeries (to check supply en to order);
- Manage the Facility tools;
- Closely follow-up on Facility budget;
- Support and follow up Facilities issues;
- Manage meeting rooms bookings and set-up;
- Coordinate catering ordering;
- Support logistical aspects for events;
- Onboard newcomers;
- Implement and follow up Health & Safety measures;
- Coordinate cleaning;
- Manage the company car fleet;
- Act as back-up for your Facility team members.
- Bachelor degree with customer service orientation, with at least 3 – 5 years of related working experience (in hospitality for example);
- Experience in Facility;
- Personal service oriented;
- Excellent organisational skills with demonstrated ability to plan and prioritize tasks effectively;
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to a changing environment quickly;
- Proficiency in MS Windows and associated office applications, knowledge of SharePoint environment is a plus;
- Exceptional multitasking abilities and the capacity to excel both as an independent contributor and in a collaborative team.
- Excellent written and oral skills in English, as well as French or Dutch proficient user level is mandatory to deal with our external providers.

- Salary between 2500€ gross to 3200€ gross/month

- Temporary interim contract for 5 to 6 months
