- Conformité réglementaire : Superviser le respect des normes de l'industrie et des protocoles internes pour garantir que les produits répondent aux exigences réglementaires et aux attentes des clients.
- Amélioration des processus : Mettre en œuvre des stratégies pour identifier les domaines à améliorer, optimiser l'efficacité du flux de travail et réduire les perturbations sur la ligne de production.
- Analyse de la performance : Analyser les données de production et les indicateurs de performance pour identifier les tendances, les causes profondes des problèmes et les opportunités d'amélioration de la performance.
- Leadership d'équipe : Favoriser la collaboration et la communication entre les équipes de production et les départements, guider et soutenir le personnel pour maintenir un respect constant des normes de qualité et de productivité.
- Aucun diplôme requis, MAIS vous DEVEZ avoir une expérience conséquente dans un environnement industriel (au moins 6 à 7 ans).
- Proactif.
- Maîtrise du français ET du néerlandais avec une bonne connaissance de l'autre (obligatoire).
- Pour ce poste en particulier, le client recherche quelqu'un qui a un esprit technique très développé.
- Un salaire allant jusqu'à 56 000 euros par an.
