Functieomschrijving Wat je zal doen:Als Customer Support Specialist heb je een cruciale rol binnen het Talentfinder-team, want jij zorgt voor tevreden Talentfinder-gebruikers. Dit doe je o.a. door klantenvragen te beantwoorden en eventuele problemen op te lossen – en dankzij jouw tips en trainingssessies halen onze klanten echt alk-les uit onze tool. Maar daar blijft het niet bij: als interne woordvoerder van de klant, kan je de toekomst van onze software en diensten écht beïnvloeden.Kort samengevat:
  • Draag jij bij tot de tevredenheid van een groot deel van onze klanten.
  • Verzorg jij de eerstelijnssupport voor onze klanten via chat, email en telefoon.
  • Ben jij een echte Talent finder-specialist. Jij kent de tool vanbinnen en vanbuiten en kan adviseren over het beste gebruik in de praktijk.
  • Werk jij mee aan de set-up, configuratie en onboarding van nieuwe klanten, zowel online als ter plaatse bij de klant.
  • En werk je mee aan één of meerdere projecten, zoals een interne kennisbank, tutorialvideo’s, opleidingsmateriaal, …
